RNY Gastric Bypass Turkey meat balls

Hi all, I made these this evening very tasty and high protein....

Ingredients

Turkey mince 500g
3 tsp ver lazy minced garlic
3 tsp rosemary
500g passata
150g chopped onion
3tsp Italian mixed herbs
2 tbs tomato purée

Method

Mix mince garlic and rosemary in a bowl you need to get your hands in and mix well. Divide mixture into balls and roll ( I got 18) . In a frying pan sprayed with fry light brown the balls one all sides. Remove from pan and place in a plate.

Place chopped onions in the pan and fry for approx five mins ... Add all the other ingredients cook for a further five mins remove from heat.

Place liquid mix into slow cooker along with the balls, cook on high for one hour, turn to low and cook until ready to eat.

So lush ... Serve with grated cheese on the top.

You could add smoked paprika tithe sauce as well if you like a smoky taste.

U may want to reduce the amount of rosemary in the meat ... It was a bit strong for me, but I don't like really strong flavours. I managed four of balls for my tea.
