Two years sleeved

Two years ago today I was given my life back in the form of a sleeve. What a crazy 2 years it's been. I am now a size 8 and have been maintaining that for about 9 months. I no longer feel the need to weigh myself every day, but when I do I'm generally 8 1/2 stone or thereabouts.

Never going back!! xx

I agree; I like hearing from long term sleevers. Did you find you had to up your willpower after a certain time or is your sleeve still doing the same job as in the beginning? Well done anyway!

I am another long termer, nearly 3 years out and can report all is good. BMI steady at 22, life is good. Started at BMI of 41 and lost all excess in 18 months. So keep calm and carry on!!!
