Unable to identify me

I work in banking and had to smile yesterday when I arrived at a branch I'd not been to for 6months. After seeing a 4th person come to ID me to let me in (it was before the branch opened) it became clear noone knew it was me after seeing several staff say no that's not jo! Love it leave me out there....for once I won't moan

It's great isn't it. I have had the same over the past few weeks, now I am back out and about visiting branches again. Great to know our money is so secure
