I was a St Richards, and I was allowed to keep my knickers on. Actually I was fine with having nothing, but they said just keep them on! When I came out of surgery they were covered in iodine. It came out in the wash, lol. They are well too big now as they were a size 30 and the ones I have on today are size 20. But I'm keeping them as a memento.

19th Feb, so coming up 13 weeks. I've lost over 4 stone now. Lost the majority of my weight of my belly area so far (hence the much smaller knickers). My overhang was really big, and now its getting smaller. My husband even said it was looking cute, lol! I can begin to see that the skin on my tummy may not be as bad as I feared........my arms are another story entirely!
