today i got cramping like the ones you get in your legs... but in my lower stomach to the left... how bizarre its first time it has happened and nothing since... anyone have any idea?..

could it be related to your menstrual cycle. i used to get similar pains when i ovulated.

I have PCOS but not a lot of cysts (virtually none) and I dont ovulate but I do still get some really breath taking pains and cramps from my ovaries, tis strange and Im now used to them. If it is something new to you and happens again then maybe you could speak to your GP?
