up and down

Hi Vicky, I am early on my journey but I suspect your body is still adjusting and healing. From what read, weight loss, purely from operation, takes place over the first 18 months so hang on there.
I also read on forum these ups and downs are normal.
Good luck.

thank you for that, think i just want to go to bed fat and wake up thin
i just feel better for knowing it will take time thanks again.

Take your time. I am told body contours better with slower, steady pace.

But I know what you mean! I am also ready to shop for new clothes. Tempted to buy stuff in advance but better wait, eh?

Hi
Yes same as Tules says "slower the better" because of skin.

But I know what you mean, I had mine in November and the weights up and down.

Good luck with your journey

Hi, hang in there its normal. Coming up 3 months since mine and only 2 stone loss. Never been sick or dumped though so its a good thing really. Try not to dwell on the weeks you don't lose, I did, everyone was right when they said it'll start again. I find I only lose 1-3lb week. Depends how much I exercise really. I've stopped looking at my loss since op but since referral, hence I can say 6 1/2 stones lol. Good luck x

I agree with all of the above nice and steady is the way to go
Im nearly 6months post op ( bypass) and have lost around 4stone I think would love it to be a stone per month ( wouldn't we all!) but im happy with that
