Update from Ali - surgery today!

Just had a text from Ali to say shes at the hospital, and she should be going down to theatre around 1pm.

She still sounds amazingly upbeat, I don't know how she does it!

Ali is fine. No pain unless she moves . She just resting now . Will update if i hear more ...but our friend is fine and a banderrrrrrrr!! xxx

Hi all,
Just popped on to say I am home safely, and now on the losing side as a bander. I can honestly say it has been nowhere near as bad as I expected it to be - am just on paracetamol for pain and a bit stiff.
Have made lots of notes to tell my story, but not quite up to that yet!!! Very tired, so now going to rest.
