UPDATE: One month gone.

Hi All :wave:
Just to give you a little update on things.Well this time 4 weeks ago i was in Theatre having my Bypass...and in that time i've lost 2.2 stone.
I've had no problems at all and feel great I'm in clothes that i've not worn for 4 years and even they are getting loose now!...It's an amazing feeling and i'm so looking forward to the future right now...Things are looking up at long last.

Well done Andy! Reading posts like this really hits home and makes me realise I'm doing the right thing by having the bypass. I've got 4 weeks to go and only now have I doubted what I'm doing :-( hopefully its just nerves xxx
