Well not been on for a while, I have now lost a total of 7.5 stone in the last 7 months and have just 1 stone to go whoop whoop!!'. Before my op I used to scan the before and after pics and used to think wow how different do people look and now that's me, by far the best decision I have made I am truly enjoying life and doing things I would never have done before hope this gives someone the inspiration those photos gave me along my journey good luck everyone much love xxxx
