Uploading photos to thread - help please!

Hi Pearce - i'm trying to put my before and half way pictures on my thread but it's telling me my pictures exceeds the allowed limit. Sorry, but I don't know what to do with them and my more techie minded son is at Uni so I can't call him for help:sigh: Help!!!
