Vitamin Help!

Hi all

Not sure if anyone can help but I had a Bypass 3 years ago and have had to take multivitamins daily since. I am having surgery next week and have been advised to stop taking vitamin E but I am struggling to find any can anyone help or has anyone on here had a bypass then later had further surgery and been advised the same. Hi. I'm not sure why you've been told to not take vitamin e. I don't know of any multi vitamins that would exclude it. My advice would be to take a multi mineral complex & a b vitamin complex, you'll still be getting most of the important micro nutrients that way

Hi hun had call today Surgeon has advised me to stop multivitamins the week before says it will be ok as long as I eat plenty of healthy food! Vitamin e can dilute the blood vessels and can increase the risk of bleeding x
