Vitamins

I am almost 4 weeks post op and really struggling swallowing the vitamins the hospital recommended, has anyone else had this problem, can anyone recommend anything else

I take mine with warm milk , I find that helps them go down easier x

I was on liquid vits until last week now just over three months post op. dietician put me on tablets last week & I am struggling with them & I am much further down the route than you. I'm going to crush them for a week or two to try to get used to them. I had a sleeve too.

I take Centrum chewables for adults. They are very easy to take as they just dissolve in your mouth.

I was recommended Bassets chewable vitamins, but only for the first six weeks after op. I have to switch to forceval when I get to that point.

Thanks for that, I went to get some on ur recommendation and they seem to be going down nicely
