Anyone on here found their weight loss stalled and had to use very low calorie diets. I am starting slim and save.

I used slim & save on my pre op diet & have some as back up for post op, being newly sleeved I'm not really going to answer your question but I do rate the product good luck & let me know how it goes incase I need it in the future
