waiting time for kent ?

Hi All , I live in sittingbourne kent and my doctor has asked pct for my funding. Does anyone know waiting time ? thanksx

Hi i live in kent i got referred in may had my first appointment in july at homerton and had my bypass done last monday, they are quite quick if you get any problems give me a shout we know a useful couple of people to talk to xx

thanks for your quick reply, my bmi is 45 and i have major problems with my back, my consultant sent my gp a letter of support for surgery but to be honest my gp didn't sound hopeful. do we have a support group in kent ? i'm sure my gp thinks i have just rushed into this but i have been up and down the doctors since 2004, my weight just seems to go up. sorry to moan !

not sure where sittingbourne sends you but know there are some people from there here. Im in Kent but nearer Ashford. I went to Charing Cross, and my wait was 19 months from seeing the GP but I lost 6 months as my sleep study referal was lost.
