Well today I've walked the kids to school it's not a major walk but takes about 15 mins well today I done it better than I did pre op lol I ached a bit in my belly but other than that felt great really struggling with people saying how well I look I don't do compliments and actually feel uncomfortable getting them I know I'm strange lol I intend to walk every day and walk her home at half 11 too that way we are both getting lots of added fitness without it being major
