This morning, whilst debating on clothes, found that some of them were too big, hoorah!

3 stone down, so all good, although as I'm changing shape it's a bit disconcerting, I'm not all over round now, have a start of a waist but big belly, hmmmm. How did other people feel with their changing shape if they weren't always pleased?

Enjoy the changes and the new clothes. The gym has really helped sort my shape out x

great news on the weight loss, i've lost 3 stone since april 2 stone in the past 4 weeks but cant see it on me anywhere apart from my face abit

Well done Leila!

Sometimes looking in the mirror, the changes can't always be seen, but as soon as you put something on that once was skin tight and now it is swinging round your waist it feels sooooooooooooo good! :D

Well done!

I have found that it has taken my head a lot longer to catch up with my weight loss than my body. I was in a plus size 34 (even had a plus size 36) at the start of my journey, and I lived in clothes that were so horrendously big. Even after I'd lost 5+ stone. One day I decided to dig clothes out, so found my size 26/28 only to realise that I'd already begun to bypass those clothes and that I was hitting into a 24.

Even now, I'm starting to venture into 16's on the top, 18's on the bottom my head still struggles. I have found clothes that have been in larger sizes and instead of thinking "I wish they did it in a smaller size" I have found myself saying "If only I were bigger . . ." I mean . . .go figure lol

And even now, hitting into a 16 top and 18 bottom, I still carry nearly all of my weight around my waist and I look at it and hate it, hate how it looks, and probably more so now than when I did when I was 8 sizes bigger!

Its a strange thing . . .how we see and feel about ourselves.
