Watched Threads and Email Notification options boxes are to be found below the reply box and you can tick which one you want or both.
Your 'Watched Threads' are on the top of the page on the Green Bar those threads are the ones you are following and if you click email notification you will get an email to alert you to a new post.
Other option...
On the top right of each post you will see 'Watch Thread' ...click on it and you will get a black box and you can choose if wish to receive email notification or not.
Alerts appear on the top right of the page next to your Username and let's you know when someone likes your post or replies to your post on a thread.
Under Alerts if you click on 'Show All' you will get a daily history.
