Week 15 weigh in

Hi, got weighed this morning and I am now in the 14's , 14st 10.5lb which I am really chuffed about as I have been in Disney World Florida for 2 weeks and still managed to lose 4.5lb.

I have lost 2st 11.5lb since the op and 4st 10.5lb altogether, Karen x
