Well its that time again...time for my 4 week weigh in and i know i have not lost even a pound for the first time ever. Feeling a little sad and anxious due to seeing ps in 4 weeks. If anything i think ive gained a few pounds even though ive tried really hard :sigh:. Ah well just needed a rant as hubby is getting fed up for me ranting about weight loss and surgery so here is only place i can talk about this now
