if there is one bit of advice i would given anyone, its to not weigh everyday!
i do, and its taken over my life and is soul destroying.. please please pleaaaaaase take my advice and stay away for as long as you can!!!

i agree, fantastic weight loss, but weighing every day will only lead to disappointment. Easy for me to say i know, i haven't had wls, but i can only imagine it will bring problems. Keep going though, you're doing great x:happy036:
