Weight gain

4 years on from a ds and I've not put on a lb, it's stable.

Wendy iam 8 mths out now and luckily I've lost every week. To be honest I just don't know how I wud handle a weight gain or a stall.

That's fab, do you find you have to work at keeping it off or is it just natural

It's a way of life now, I don't work at it. I have treats, but it's weighed out by exercise or days where I don't have treats. I still love food but I'm in control of it, it's nit in control of me.

I gained a pound the xmas after my op as i was off work and inactive (and eating treats at the in-laws lol) but i lost 3 lb the week after, so it wasn't a big drama
