Weight loss managment at the heartlands

Hello just wanted to say i have my first appointment at the weight loss managment group at the heartlands birmingham tommrow, a little nervous as dont no what to expect!!
got to catch the 5.24am train to birmingham as i have a appointmnet at half 8 so got to change at shreswbury go to birmingham catch a bus to the hsopital..... im going to be knacakrd!!
is anyone else going tommrow??

Don't be nervous Sue.... You will be with others in the group. The 1st meeting is just to weigh you and get to know the others. This is what happened when I went to them at Heartlands. Say hello to Adrian for me, he knows who I am just say the one that's in Tenerife on holiday & waiting to have a band fitted! xx
