Weight Loss Slowed Down

I want to shrink!
Hi,

Just a bit worried as I have only lost 1lb for the last 4 weeks.

2 weeks ago I started walking everyday and Even jogging in my Wii fit for 10 mins a day. to try and increase my loss.

I think I am eating enough.

Daily example menu

Breakfast - Weetabix or Porridge

Lunch - Meat Salad, home made veg soup, Egg on 1 Toast or Tuna & 2 Ryvita etc

Dinner - small plate of bolognaise, Chicken & Rice, Shepherds pie etc

Snacks - May have a low fat yogurt, some fruit etc

Drinks - Low Cal Squash, Just 1 or 2 Coffees a day with skimmed milk and Marvel.

Any ideas what else I can do to get the weight moving again?

Just carry on doing what you're doing. You've changed your routine and your body is adjusting. You are doing everything right - balancing your diet and exercising. X x
