weight loss update

hi all just thought i would update my weight loss so far.
Had my bypass 27th Aug 09
As of this morning i have lost 76lb thats 5 stone 5lb. really pleased.
Bought some protien powder yesterday half price in holland and barret. Hope to keep my weight loss ticking along.

thankyou all for your kind words its weird as somedays i dont feel any different but then i stop and think i have lost 5+ stone so i must look different. So strange the way your mind works x
