Weight Update: Down 78lbs at 17 weeks 2 days post op

Haven't logged on in a while and thought I would touch base with a quick weight updated.

I'm 17 weeks and 2 days post op and as of this morning I've lost 78lbs putting me at 18st 5lbs (down from 23st 13lbs).

Well hun that's brilliant! Is that just post op? Or including pre op diet? I'm three weeks post op and are really interested to see how fast ppl are loosing! Xx
