it does say though - that this is for maintainence rather than weight loss i think?

A Friend of mine bought this for me as i was having a lot of trouble, they also cooked the meatloaf for me out of it

The meatloaf was lovely - even though i could only have a tiny piece - the book is really helpful too, but you need a converter as the recipes are in usa measurements

It has menu's for various stages, including smoothies - its worth a look ( I can say this now that I have a hard copy hehe )

It's an excellent book my gb surgery is on the 8th and thus book gave me so many ideas. Like making carrots mash them up and put in ice cube tray when frozen transfer to freezer bags. You only have to defrost two or three for your veg when you reach the mush stage. Saves on waste.
