Well done caroline. Ive got my endoscopy at srh tomorrow. I had my seminar in july 2011 also but they forgot about me, they appologised and said I should'nt have long to wait after endoscopy, so fingers crossed

Hi I hope you don't mind me asking but what does the pre op involve please? I've got an appointment today to meet my surgeon but I'm a little confused as to what will be happening as every hospitals procedure is different. I've had all the dietician appointments, seminar, dietician and bariatric nurse appointment and phycologist appointment. I've had no mention of a endoscopy so not sure if I'll be having one??? X

Poor you lindy, You should be going in for the opp now. and PinkPrincess the Pre-opp is where they weigh you and check your bp, and to take bloods ready for the opp. And in it depends on which hospital you go to. Not all hospitals do the endoscopy's. hope this helps x
