past my goal down to 11st
well went to the gym today and omg it was really hard going dr hassani said i had to do a hour each day well he has got some hope i did 10mins on the cross trainer and 10 mins on the bike and it nearly killed me but i am hoping it will get better it needs to as i am going to aqua swim tomorrow morning .so i hope this is going to get me fit and not kill me lol i will let you no
