What a difference a year makes :)

April 11th 2011 I had a band fitted, it changed my life. I now enjoy spending time with the kids as I have plenty of energy.
I went for my final weigh in with the consultant & have lost 4 stone 11 lbs. I've gone from a size 22 to a 14-16. Anyone wondering out there if it's worth having it done - I would say a big FAT yes
