what has everyone lost in first month?

Had bypass on 30th june feels like its coming off very slow. Lost a stone first 4days then stayed same for over 2 wks. This wk lost few more pound but not much.

Don't worry everyone is different. You are doing great. I'm 5 months post sleeve op & lost 7 stones but over last month I am in a complete stall. I still feel great & not gained anything.

Including pre op diet I have lost 19lbs. If not including the 2 weeks pre op I have two weeks to go

ive lost exactly 5st since feb when i first went to the clinic op was in May and I've lost around 2.5st since then.
