18 stone, 2 of that pre oop, I had a DS four years ago. Took 2.5 years to lose all the weight and have more or less maintained for the rest of the time.

It took around 17 months to get to 10 stone
I did get down to 9 stone 10 but my weight is settled between 9st 13lb and 10st 2lb now

i've got the bypass and my weights floating around 17st i've lost around 78lbs so far but its slowed down a bit lately
