What.. impatient ...me!!!lol

OK guys...
As you know, three weeks ago I had my first appointment at the L&D...
I was told my next appointment will come through the post in two to "so" weeks...
Now do I ring today and ask if an appointment has been made,or am I being impatient...
My OH thinks I should wait until next week to ring...
What would you do??

I know how it is I feel like I've waited an eternity too through one health reason or another and it's an endurance test... hang on to me Angel... we are in the same boat.

OMGOSH!!!!
How brave am I..
I just rang the secretary....
I have had an appointment out in the post to me on the Wednesday apparently!!!
Anyhow she sheepishly told me my appointment was for February...but didn't give a date..
(I was told 3 months wait until that appointment but that is 4 months!!)

Oh well never mind..At least I have a rough idea how long to go now.

Well I am OK this side of Christmas as I have a lot to do..plus my sons birthday after Christmas...
But January/February is going to drag
Thanks guys for giving me the push I needed....although the OH would have been right if I had waited until next week..ha ha

I do know this is for my triple appointment..
dietitian..psychologist and then surgeon...
I will be put on the milk diet to lose 5% of my body weight..(which I would think would take a month)...:sigh:
Then I think I go back to re-feeding until my op which I am hoping wont be to much long after that...
I am guessing 3 months from what others have said on here and what has already been told by the doctor at the hospital...so if I have no problems with the shrink it could be June time ekkkk


I am not moaning..I am just happy that I am in the system and that my time will come....

roll on February and the lovely milk diet that awaits

Pleased you rang...if I had read your post earlier, I would have advised you to do that anyway...like you say, even though it may be slightly longer than you thought, at least it gives you a definite date to work towards. The wait really is hideous, but looking back, time does fly xxx
