What to take for a cold?

Hi everyone

Had my band fitted August 28th so well in post op stage.

Haven't felt the need for any medication apart from pill till now.

I am loaded with cold :sigh: . Is there anything I should take / avoid. Don't want to irritate stomach/band.

I don't mind the liquid paracetamol do you think just that with vic and plenty of fluids x

Sudafed dual relief is good for a cold.
