What would you class as just right?

So for supper I have had 2 Aunt Bessie mashed patties, half a teaspoon of Extra light Philadelphia cheese, no more than 10 baked beans and a very small amount of Corned Beef.
It fitted into a 177ml bowl (with space) but once again, I ate it all.

I'm sorry for these posts but I am so worried about failing.

What is/was a "normal" puree meal for you?
And can you give me some more tips...PLEASE!
