Thank you. I'm 25 years old. I had my surgery on April 06, 2009. I lost 100 pounds during my first year 2009-2010. Unfortunately, I did gain 40 pounds since last year. I'm trying to get back on track. Taking one day at a time to eat and drink right. Take my protein supplements, vitamins and calcium. I had my surgery at Sacramento Bariatric and I live an hour away. As a result I can't make it to the support group meetings. I'm looking forward to this mobile support group.
