Woohoo, 10 Stone Gone!

Merry Xmas everyone, well I didnt think I could do it, but the last two weeks the weight has dropped off me.

So although my weigh in isnt until Sunday, I popped on the scales today, and I have broken through the 10 stone bracket.

I started my journey in February 2011. Since then I have lost 10.06 Stone / 64 Kg / 140.8 lbs.

I have gone from a 64" waist to a 38" waist and still going.

How life changing is this WLS lol
