wow,so this is what restriction feels like!!

had my first taste of 'restriction' yesterday,got something suck in my band,well i think i did,i certainly felt something,my chest was hurting like very bad heartburn and i thought i was gonna be sick..i didnt though!! it was scarey but im also happy i now have restriction as i was beginning to question if my band was even there but yes it really is lol xx
