Wrappers, how do you tell when your full?

Wrappers how do tou tell when you full? Iv just started puree food and have not been sick not even felt sick, but im worried im eating to much and dont know, i can eat neara whole weetabix with lots of milk. Is this ok?

Yes, its fine, its because its soft food. My full feeling is a feeling like there is something on my chest.
