well i set myself a target to do dumb bells which i did..........and set myself a target of 200 steps on my twist stepper but actually managed 400...........so im pleased with myself and will do it again tomorrow 2 xx
well done, i failed in mine was so shattered i fell intobed as soon as i had atempted to eat. Did not do well on that but was not concerned as i had managed my food properly all day and eaten very well. So a half meal was acceptable at that point. But very well done on sticking to your target and achieving it
