Feel a bit wrong posting this after seeing how down daftmoo is but I am so happy. I had a mini goal in my head of loosing 4 stone by christmas. I had a weigh in today and have lost a total of 4 stone 1lb!!! Ive dropped 10 BMI points

thanks guys. I really didnt think I would get there by christmas. So a bice surprise. I treated myself to the £25 soap and glory thingy in boots (usual price £60)
