After all the panic of earlier this week, the 4lbs I had put on have gone! PHEW!
Thanks for the great advice, I think one of my down falls was getting hungry late at night and was eating cheese and crackers and then bed not long after....cardinal sin I know!
I either had another cup of coffee or ate a nectarine *looks for her halo*and on one day I even had a handful or 2 of smoked almonds..but they are wayyy tooo more-ish!! lmao!!
