Thanks Neen only thing I feel on liquids at mo is heavy feeling in chest at the end of my small amount of soup, is this restriction?

That's definately the restrictive sensation..keep going steady although it will settle a little more as you on this week...everything goes a bit swollen and sensitive inside as a reaction to the weirdness of the fill for a lot of us.
