That's per 200ml so that's awesome!! This is what I've had today, do you ink it's too much or too little?
150ml fruit smoothie (milk, strawberries, raspberries and a bit of protein powder)
200 ml unsweetened fruit juice
150ml slim fast
150ml complan
200ml hot chocolate
200ml soup
Then water in between?
I'm still really concerned I'm having too much!!
