Hello,
It is very normal for weightloss to slow right down within a few weeks of having your OP,
Your body thinks that you are starving it and so it holds on to your body fat, once it realizes that there is food coming in, your weightloss will resume. Upping your protein is a good way to kick start it again too, try and take at least 80g a day...it is easy done using protein shakes and eating chicken, fish and other meats high in protein
