She's right it will be. It's completely normal to feel nervous. I'm sure lots of us on here did before surgery x

Yes. They get you up on your feet and walking about four hours after surgery. It helps to move and disperse the wind from the op. although your a bit sore, the more you move the easier it gets

I had mine done at Derby.

That's good then , read that you can also drive around 2 weeks post op?

I was told 4 -6 weeks. But perhaps it's different at your hospital.
