Every consultant is different but I've never known it to be less than 2 weeks before surgery. I would contact your dietician or surgeon on Monday to be on safe side. I'm starting mine a week from Monday so your a week ahead of me! Good luck x

I think we should start an August club Em that's a great idea! The 3 of us will be going through it more or less the same time. It's great to know so we can compare and support each other. Take care x
