I'm trying liquids only today and I was a bit confused with the Slimfast, it says on the tin low GI which should mean low sugar..or at least it should as low GI means that it stops your blood sugar spiking too high. Perhaps they are fibbing there?

Snacks- x2 skinny latte and water throughout the day
I will weigh myself in the morning and let you know how much weight i've lost. Not sure how much it will or wont be as it's my TOTM week and i've never lost weight during this time before.
