Hi allreally stuck to portion controlling since tuesday afternoon,im well pleased that i seem so focused still,im even managing to eat something for breakfast mainly a bit of fruit,or a yogurt i make sure i eat as it seems to help me on my way in the mornings.Im finding evenings harder,i have some nights had something small but overall its getting better.my weight loss shows that so just going to keep going and carry on the way i am.Take care all
