THank you everyone. You guys are all an inspiration and are a great motivation.

Twinky - I started just going out for walks before the op and then slowly picked it up to power walking and now jogging. I go at least 5 times a week ad also use a gym for toning and when it is cold lol.

Wii Fit is also my friend.
