Can't offer you any advise as I'm a bypasser, but anyway others have given you some good suggestions. I just wanted to say I hope this up-coming fill helps, as I do know how horribly frustrating it can be when you are so good but not even a measly pound drops off! Keep going....you've got the patience of a saint & hopefully you will be rewarded soon!!! xxx

i know exactly what you mean, i went for two months without losing, then i had another fill and it seems to have done the trick, i am now back to loosing the weight.

i cant eat half as much as i could before and i seriously have to consider everything i eat.
